- “Customer”: Any legal entity that establishes a business Account and subscribes to the Services.
- “Account”: The Customer’s registered profile, created as per Article 5, for accessing and subscribing to Services via the Website and/or Application.
- “Subscription Terms”: These conditions outlining the subscription process and service use by Customers.
- “Brandelz.com”: Refers to TRIPNITY, offering Services through the Website and Application.
- “Usernames”: Login credentials for Customer Account access.
- “Services”: The offerings provided through the Website and/or Application by Brandelz.com.
- “Website”: The online platform operated by Brandelz.com.
Article 2: Scope and Acceptance These Terms govern the subscription process for Services available through the Website and/or Application. By subscribing, Customers expressly accept these Terms in full.
Article 3: Subscription Offers Offers are detailed on the Website/Application and are valid as long as they are accessible. Brandelz.com reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers, with changes communicated to Customers as necessary.
Article 4: Subscription Prerequisites Customers must:
- Access the Website/Application.
- Have full legal and contractual capacity.
- Not be a competitor of Brandelz.com.
- Own a valid payment method.
- Have created an Account per Article 5.
Article 5: Account Creation Customers need to register by providing accurate and updated personal and company information. Misleading information can result in Account suspension or cancellation.
Article 6: Subscription Process Subscriptions enable access to Services per the selected package. A trial period may be offered, with subscription options available post-trial.
Article 7: Pricing Services are charged based on the selected package and options, with Brandelz.com reserving the right to adjust prices.
Article 8: Payment Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer for annual subscriptions over €300. Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Article 9: Subscription Term Subscriptions commence upon payment confirmation and continue until cancellation, renewing automatically unless otherwise terminated.

Article 17: Proof Digital records maintained by Brandelz.com serve as evidence of transactions and communications with Customers.
Article 18: Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by French law, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Paris courts. Customers are encouraged to contact customer service for amicable solutions before seeking legal recourse.
